Born and raised on the magical lands of Transylvania, Romania, I had to give up everything I knew and move across the globe, to the States.
After living in the US for a few months, I found myself trying to convince my husband that we absolutely needed a camera to capture our son's milestones. After months of convincing, my husband finally gave in and gifted me my first camera. It was already the end of the summer, and I haven't really thought I'd do much more than photograph our family, but one day I felt this urge to do a very last minute model call. I don't know what made me do this, and where the courage came from, because I literally had the camera for less than a week at the time and basically ZERO experience.
The firsts to answer to my model call was this sweet couple, Shayla and Tim. It was a nerve wracking experience that started my fiery passion for photography. To my surprise, Shayla confessed that she was also photographer and was so eager to help me start my portfolio. To this day they are still using those cherished photographs to talk about their love story!
